Software is not permanent. It seeks permanance by transportability. By being able to produce soft versions of things, that can run on any type of hardware be it a cinema screen or a mobile phone we are producing media for a perceived market that probably will never really exist.
Except as an extension of the self of the lonely scared individuals isolated by their fears of what may happen and consuming intelligent arrangements of electrons that seem to stimulate and engage their intelligence. And guess what, they can chat. And what meaningful things do they say?
